We take a practical approach to sustainability at Zapoi and do what we can to reduce the harm we make on the environment. We implement green policies at every stage of the operation - From taking the decision to ensure our menu is plant based and meat free, to banning all single use plastics - our straws are indeed made of straw! Our suppliers are all local, - supporting the shop local initiative and all our cleaning products are eco friendly.   

We operate a zero waste policy throughout the business - All rubbish is recycled and we compost all biological waste for our plants.
